Our earthmoving department has more than forty years experience with a

variety of machinery and specialist equipment.

 

Here are our 5.5 tonne Yanmar excavator and our 1.8 tonne Komatsu hard at work in some really tough ground. 

 Here our 5.5 tonne Yanmar is working on a wetland

rehabilitation program at Sale where we have been working on a voluntary

basis to rehabilitate Hearts Morass.

 

Part of our extensive range of equipment is this Hydraulic rake grapple which was perfect

for dealing with the Noxious weed ÔÇ£box thornÔÇØ. It is also perfect for handling rocks in

quarry work and specialist natural stone construction.

 

We have extensive experience in stone house construction, rock spall beaching for

erosion control and random stone walls

 

 

Our other attachments for the excavator include:     

Buckets in  300mm, 400mm, 450mm, 600mm and 1500mm mud bucket,

Ripper, Drill with Augers capable of drilling rock in:  350mm, 450mm, 600mm, 900mm.

 

Our fleet also consists of a number of tipping trucks, Backhoes and front end loaders.

This Komatsu is a great little machine.

We have buckets in 300mm, 450mm and 1000mm mud.

We also have an auger capable of drilling 300mm, 350mm, 450mm and 600mm.

It is a fantastic machine and with it's extra long arm and expanding tracks it really fights above it's division when compared to other machines under 2 tonne.
