This house was in desperate need of some space with only one living area about the size of a bed room on the south side of the house.

 

The new Kitchen/Dining/Living room was added to the North side of the house and provides a wonderful light filled new focus for this re-born house.

We kept the extension separate from the existing house until right at the end of the project, allowing the owners to stay living on site with little interference or discomfort.

 

 

 

This little Victorian was in sore need of a restoration. And that was before some disreputable tradesmen working next door dropped an entire 4m high brick wall on it!

 

With only the front two rooms still standing we renovated the existing rooms and completely replaced the ramshackle jumble of extensions that had grown together over more than 100years.
